Flora safaris is a  young tour operator based on the premise that we provide exquisite safaris.

Our start-up overseas offices are based in Calgary, Canada & Melbourne, Australia with the head office based in capital city, Nairobi, Kenya.

The owner is Mr. S.Lakhani, (s.lakhani@florasafaris.com) a former manager with Micato Safaris, & the overseas offices are managed by Ketan Lakhani (ketan@florasafaris.com) (formerly from Kenya now based in Calgary, Canada) & Malini Lakhani, (also from Kenya , president awards scheme holder & she has climbed Mt. Kenya now based in Melbourne, Australia). Ms Rakhee Lakhani , based in Austin, USA (rakhee@florasafaris.com)

- Our Mission objective: to offer affordable safaris with a view of understanding and appreciating the flora and fauna of Kenyan environmental landscape & habitat. Also to highlight the importance of wildlife conservation & preservation.

-Company goal: To offer enjoyable & pleasant safaris with an aim of earning foreign exchange for the country as well as providing direct & indirect employment for local people. Our main clientele will comprise of  groups of botanists &  also those who wish to observe Kenya as tourists.

Our  itineraries are focused mostly towards the Maasai Mara, Samburu, Amboseli, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru, Mombasa  areas. Nairobi city tours are also offered.
